We believe in being clear and upfront about our shipping and returns, so here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.
UK SHIPPING
Flat rate: £4.99 for all UK orders under £45.
Free UK shipping: Orders over £45 are shipped free of charge.
We currently only ship physical items within the UK (including Northern Ireland). We’re exploring international shipping and will update this page when available.

Delivery times:
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typically arrive Within 2-3 working days after dispatch. During busy periods, delivery may take longer.
Our carriers:
We currently use Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries due to their comparatively lower carbon footprint among UK carriers. However, as carrier services change their eco-credentials, we may review and update our delivery partners to ensure we continue to prioritise environmentally responsible options.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy for all physical products purchased from Privileged Prints, except for custom and personalised prints. As these are made to your specifications they are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for non-faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your prints. You must notify us within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Customisable or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
How to return
Email returns@privilegedprints.com with your order number and reason for return.
Package the item securely in its original packaging. If that’s not available, use suitable packaging to ensure the prints arrive in their original condition.
Use a recorded delivery service requiring a signature, as we can’t be responsible for items lost or delayed in return transit.

Return postage
Unless your item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We do not offer a free returns service for non-faulty items. If the item is faulty, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs once the item is received and confirmed faulty.
Refunds
We will refund the cost of the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your return, or 14 days after you provide proof of return — whichever comes first.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the goods are faulty).
We may deduct an amount if the goods show signs of handling beyond what’s necessary to check them.
RETURNS: DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, referred to as CC (ICAC), digital downloads do not have a right to a 14-day cooling off period, as it is impossible to return the product.
If you feel there has been an error, or there is a problem with the download, please reach out to returns@privilegedprints.com and we will try to work with you to solve the problem. Our aim is always for happy customers.
We reserve the right to modify this shipping and return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
